Nagari faction fight reaches Jagan
Amaravati, October 27: The factional fights of the ruling YSRCP in Nagari constituency reached its peak, forcing Tourism Minister Roja to complain to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. She reportedly expressed anger over the rival group and alleged that they are trying to weaken her. Roja represents Nagari constituency.
After the elections, Minister Roja kept Srisailam Devasthanam Chariman Reddywari Chakrapani Reddy, Vadamalapeta ZPTC member Muralidhar Reddy, State Ediga Corporaton chairperson KJ Shanti, Nagari municipal former chairman KJ Kumar, Elumalai of Puttoor and Lakshmipati Raju of Vijayapuram away. These people were branded as followers of Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy. Since then, two groups formed in Nagari YSRCP. A few leaders grabbing posts with Peddireddy’s support and tearing up of flexis by Roja’s opponent group added fuel to the already boiling clash.
Meanwhile, Minister Roja’s opponent group performed bhumi puja for RBK and wellness centres without her intervention in Koppedu recently. Feeling agony over this, Roja released an audio to the party leaders, which went viral on social media.
In the audio, Roja said, “How far it is correct to weaken the party in my constituency by doing programmes that will harm the party? They are mentally torturing me, who has been striving for the party. Its bad that leaders are supporting them. I can’t work if such persons continue in the party.”
With this, Nagari clashes became juicy. Everyone is eagerly waiting for Jagan’s reaction over Roja’s complaint.
