Sale of flats, plots in 10 districts on Nov 14

Hyderabad, October 9: The Telangana government has decided to sell government lands, Rajiv Swagruha flats and houses in 10 districts across the State and directed the officials concerned to issue auction notice for the same on October 11. 
 
Government in-charge chief secretary Arvind Kumar held a review meeting on lands’ auction with special chief secretary of Housing Sunil Sharma, District Collectors and other officials. He directed the officials to conduction physical auction and e-auction on November 14. The district collectors were directed to review the auction process.
 
He further informed that they will conduct e-auction of the lands surrounding Hyderabad and HMDA and TSIIC will act as the government agencies. The officials were told to enter the auction details and rules and regulations on the website.
 
Adilabad, Kamareddy, Mahbubnagar, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Karimnagar and Vikarabad district collectors, Khammam municipal commissioner and HMDA officials said that they are ready for the auction.
