KCR hosts breakfast to JDS, VCK leaders ahead of national party launch

Hyderabad, October 5: On the invitation of TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), a delegation led by Janata Dal (Secular) president and former Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and another delegation under the leadership of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) founder Thirumavalavan from Tamil Nadu reached Pragathi Bhavan here on Wednesday. 

KCR and his son and Industries Minister K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR), Finance Minister Harish Rao have welcomed JD(S) and VCK leaders and invited them to breakfast. KTR, Harish, MP Joginipalli Santosh Kumar, Minister V. Prashanth Reddy, and a few TRS MLAs and MLCs have personally served breakfast to guests. 
 
Later, TRS extended executive committee meeting will begin under the presidentship of KCR. The TRS chief will explain the need of launching the national party and role to be played by proposed party in national politics. KCR will officially announce floating of national party at 1:19 pm today.
