Dasara gift to SCCL employees: KCR announces 30% profit share

Hyderabad, September 29: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had announced 30% share of Singareni Collieries Company Limited’s (SCCL) 2021-22 profits to its employees as bonus. He ordered SCCL Chairman and Managing Director N Sridhar to give the amount to the staff before Dasara festival.
 
SCCL had achieved Rs 26,607 crore turnover in 2021-22. The CMD said that the company had earned Rs 1,722 crore profits before tax.  It was Rs 1,227 crore after paying tax. He said that the company paid Rs 3,596 crore to Central and State governments as taxes in 2021-22. 
 
The CMD said that the CM has increased the profit share by one per cent more than last year. The staff will get Rs 368 crore as their share, which will be paid to about 44,000 employees on October 1.
