Minister Harish Rao angry on agriculture officials

Sangareddy, September 24: Minister for Finance and Health T. Harish Rao inaugurated Rythu Vedika at Mannapur village in Mogudampalli mandal on Saturday. He asked agriculture officials to tell crop cultivation details in Mogudampalli mandal. Zaheerabad ADA and Mannapur AEO failed to provide information to minister. 
 
Harish expressed anger over officials for not collecting data. “Officials are not working despite appointing them cluster-wise to provide better services to farmers,” he faulted and directed District Collector Sharath to monitor the duties of agriculture officials periodically. 
 
Later, the minister laid a foundation stone for new Zilla Praja Parishad building. Addressing a public meeting, Harish mentioned that the Telangana government opened Gurukul schools to educate children of minorities. Zaheerabad MP BB Patil, MLA Manik Rao and other officials were present.
