3 persons burnt alive in fire mishap in Chittoor

Chittoor, September 21: Three persons were burnt alive in a fire accident in Chittoor on Tuesday. The accident took place in a paper plates manufacturing unit after midnight on Tuesday at Rangachari Street. 
 
All of a sudden, flames raged in the unit, killing the trio on the spot. The deceased were identified as unit owner Bhaskar, his son Delhi Babu and Balaji. It is suspected that the mishap occurred due to short circuit.
 
Fire fighting staff rushed to the spot and doused the fire with the help of two fire engines. 
 
Bhaskar’s son Delhi Babu was a software engineer. It was a tragedy that Delhi Babu died on the same day he was born.
