Hyd: PA of TRS MLA slits throat of woman
Hyderabad, September 19: In an inebriated condition, Vijaya Simha, Personal Assistant (PA) of Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath went to the house of a married woman at BS Maktha in Begumpet here on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday and demanded her to come along with him.
As she refused, Simha hit her with a beer bottle and slit her throat. Even, he broke her hand and fled away. Victim’s family members shifted her to a private hospital for treatment. According to reports, woman came across PA while working for an event. Since then, Simha has been making nude video calls to her. If she refuses to attend the call, he threatened to kill her.
Her husband expressed anguish over police for not taking action against Simha as he is PA to ruling party legislator. “The MLA’s PA threatened my wife to stay with him by leaving me,” he alleged and said that his family is facing death threat from PA.
