TDP joining NDA is only rumour, BJP-Jana Sena will fight next polls in AP: Laxman

Hyderabad, September 1: BJP parliamentary board member and Rajya Sabha MP Dr. K. Laxman on Thursday clarified that the news of TDP joining BJP-led NDA is only a rumour. Talking to reporters at BJP state office here, he made it clear that the BJP-Jana Sena alliance will contest in next Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh. “We will turn people’s opposition towards the YSRCP government in our favour,” he mentioned.
 
Laxman said that the BJP will fight alone in Telangana and exuded confidence of saffron party coming to power after ensuing Assembly polls. “Not only in the country but in Telangana also, the BJP is becoming stronger,” he stated. 
 
The MP said that people have decided to cast vote for the BJP in Munugode by-election despite the TRS is trying to woo them with various tactics. “Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) is unable to digest when people are thinking BJP is alternative to the TRS in Telangana,” he faulted.
