Centre bans 50 pro-terror websites
New Delhi, Jan 2, 2015: Hinting tough measures at pro-terror outfits in the country, the Centre has on Friday banned 50 web sites for disseminating pro-terror content.
The websites' FB and Twitter accounts were also banned with immediate effect.
The Centre has further asked the intelligence wings to keep a watch on these websites and their social media accounts so that they will not raise their head again in some form or other.
Meanwhile, two terrorists were arrested this morning in Kolkata railway station while they were masquerading in military uniforms. The Kalkata police have also seized 25 kg of drugs from them.
In another development, Delhi police have arrested two terrorists from their hide out in the national capital and recovered a laptop from them.
One of the arrested terrorists is a Bangladesh national, according to reports.
