Hyderabad Metro Rail successfully conducts driverless test run

Hyderabad, Jan 1, 2015: Hyderabad Metro rail authorities have on Thursday successfully conducted driverless test run of its services between Mettuguda and Nagol in the city. This is first time in the country that advanced technology is used for running metro rail services with out a driver. The technology used for the test run was provided by Dalles company of France. The technology is such that the train stops or slows down automatically where ever needed.
