Beijing, Jan 1: The world’s youngest and latest billionaire is a 24-year-old Chinese woman with stakes worth $1.3 billion in a real estate company based in Hong Kong.
The Chinese woman Kei Perenna Hoi Ting replaces Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz.
Kei Perenna Hoi Ting is the daughter of Ji Haipeng, who is the chairman and CEO of the Chinese real estate developer Logan Property.
She is a non-executive director of the firm and holds 85 per cent stocks in the firm worth $1.3 billion.
Kei Perenna Hoi Ting is a graduate from the University of London.
