Kuppam: Prevent illegal mining in Dravidian University, Chandrababu to Governor
In the letter, Chandrababu alleged that the YSRCP leaders are involved in illegal mining in university land spread over 1,100 acres. “As a result of blasting granite stones and transporting the same, several wildlife animals have died,” he mentioned and added that peacocks and endangered species are becoming extinct.
The TDP supremo also raised the issue of sub-standard food served to students staying in Dravidian University hostels. “Recently, several students fell ill after consuming food,” he said. Naidu stated that there is no ambulance in the varsity to be used in emergency. He sought immediate intervention of Governor to resolve issues of the university.
