‘MLA Rajagopl Reddy still in Congress’

Delhi, July 28: “We will try to convince Munugodu MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy if he has any issues and try to make him to stay with Congress only,” stated CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka. A high level meeting was held at the residence of AICC general secretary KC Venugopal on Wednesday evening.
 
Later speaking with the media, Vikramarka said that Rajagopal Reddy is still in Congress and he has respect on Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. He said that he held discussions with the MLA for about three hours and has respect on him. 
 
Rajagopal Reddy already gave an explanation about his comments against the party to the party senior leaders, he added. Vikramarka further noted that there is no need to highlight if their party leaders meet other party leaders either in parliament or any other place. 
 
The CLP leader lambasted BJP State chief Bandi Sanjay stating that he has no political awareness. Sanjay’s statement that Congress MLA is joining the BJP is a lie, he said. Vikramarka said that their focus is on solving public problems only and they don’t want to waste time by concentrating on the comments of BJP and TRS leaders.
