Two die as old structure collapses in Warangal

Warangal, July 23: The heavy rains on Friday claimed two lives in Warangal. Another woman was severely injured.
 
According to police, an old building in Mandi Bazar was collapsed after Friday midnight killing Tipparapu Paidi (60) and Feroz (20). The condition of the woman was stated to be critical. 
 
Meanwhile, heavy rains are lashing the entire Telangana State. The Met department predicted heavy rains for another four days. Red alert was issued for five districts – Greater Hyderabad, Mahabubabad, Jangaon, Suryapet and Yadadri.
 
L Kavitha died due to lightening strike in Bhadradri district. P Gopikrishna (16) of Khammam district went missing in Wyra river, who went to graze animals along with his father.
 
A private school bus got stuck due to engine failure in Kotha cheruvu floods near Kommulavancha village of Mahabubabad district on Friday evening. Villagers rescued the students.
