Mysterious pink glow surprises Australian townies

Australia, July 23: A rare pink glow filled the sky above Mildura town, Victoria State in Australia, surprised and at the same time terrorized the townies on Wednesday. Pink sky photos went viral on social media. This led to a discussion whether aliens landed on the earth or any indication for the upcoming disaster.
 
Cann Group, a pharmaceutical company, grows cannabis for research and medical needs. The sky near this company turned pink on Wednesday evening.
 
Clarifying all doubts, the company management released a statement. They explained that they use red light to encourage ganja plants growth. Hence they arranged special lights which emit pink colour rays. Normally, these lights will be blacked out by arranging blinds. But on Wednesday evening, these blinds were left open making the sky pink.
