YSRCP serves legal notice on ABN Andhra Jyothi

Hyderabad, Dec 30: YSR Congress Party has served a legal notice to ABN Andhra Jyoti's managing director Vemuri Radhakrishna and Editor K. Srinivas for allegedly publishing venomous and malicious comments to damage the name of the party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The party through the notice demanded an unconditional apology from the media house for publishing defamatory articles against Jagan within a week. The party said they could take appropriate legal action against the media house in both criminal and civil courts.
