Cheating case filed against Kodela Sivaram

Tenali, July 19: A cheating case was registered against Kodela Sivaram, son of late Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, based on a complaint by victims. The victims filed a complaint with the court alleging that Sivaram cheated them after making them invest in his company.
 
Sivaram has a company – Kaira Infra. Yalavarti Sunitha had invested Rs 26,25,000 and Paladugu Bala Venkata Suresh had invested Rs 24,25,000 in 2016. Both the victims belong to Pedaravuru village, Tenali mandal.
 
Sivaram made an agreement with them that he will return both the investment and profit in 2017. But he didn’t return the due. The victims made several requests to return their money but of no use. Hence, the victims went to Tenali court seeking justice. 
 
Following the court orders, rural SI G Edukondalu filed a cheating case of Kodela Sivaram on Monday.
