Min Narayana visits burnt up crops, promises help

Guntur, Dec 30, 2014: AP Municipal Minister Narayana on Tuesday undertook a tour of the villages in Guntur district where crops and fodder heaps were set afire by unidentified miscreants on Monday. The Minister visited the fields and surveyed the burnt up banana crops and water pipelines and spoke to the farmers in some villages. He assured them that Government will take all possible steps to prevent recurrence of such incidents in future. The minister also promised financial help to the farmers who have suffered losses in the fire.
