Amaravathi Township: E-auction of plots on May 31
Amaravathi, May 26: AP Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) is going to conduct E-auction to the plots in Amaravathi Township near Mangalagiri-Navuluru of Guntur district on May 31.
The government has developed 1,327 plots in about 285 acres. Of this, 931 plots were already sold earlier and CRDA had divided 331 plots into different lots. Now, stage set for selling 29 plots.
Briefing the media about this, CRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav said that online auction will be held for 23 plots measuring 200 square yards and six plots of 1,000 sq. yards. The government has decided the price at Rs 17,800per square yard and interested persons can apply through online before 5 pm on Friday (May 27). The auction will commence from May 31 morning.

The Commissioner informed that the plots of this layout which are near to national highway at Navuluru have all government permissions. And all basic facilities also will be provided, he assured. He further said that there are international cricket stadium, academy, AIMS hospital and also Mangalagiri railway station near the plots.
