Wedding called off due to zomato

Tamil Nadu, May 25: Due to the negligence of zomato, a wedding was called off in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday. 
 
When everything was going on smoothly in a wedding ceremony along with guests and friends, all of a sudden the family members called off the wedding. All were shocked after knowing the reason. 
 
According to sources, a wedding was arranged in Orathanadu in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday. Non-veg biryani was ordered for the wedding feast. The order was placed with RR Biryani Centre, Salem, to cook biryani for the wedding. The RR Biryani staff sourced meat from food supplier – Zomato, which parceled 3,500 kilo of meat from Bengaluru to Tamil Nadu. 
 
The RR Biryani chefs found out that most of the chicken and mutton was stale. The marriage party complained to the food safety officials, who checked the meat and confirmed that it was stale.  
 
The family members of bride and groom told the guests that they cancelled the wedding as they cannot provide good feast to them and alleged Zomato as responsible for this.
