Google Doodle honours Gama Pehalwan, the legend who inspired Bruce Lee

Google used Gama Pehalwan’s photo as a doodle to mark his birth anniversary which falls on May 22. Vrinda Zaveri, an artist, drew a Gama Pehalwan cartoon for Google. “Happy birthday to Mohammad Bakhsh Bhatt, an Indian wrestler. Known as the undefeated wrestler in the ring, he has become a role model for the country. He is a symbol of respect for Indian culture. Google writes that it is our good fortune to remember Gama Pehalwan.”
During his international wrestling career, Mohammed Baksh Bhatt won the World Heavyweight Championship in 1910 and the World Wrestling Championship in 1927. He won the Tiger of the Tournament award after winning the World Wrestling Championship. Received a Silver Lotus from the Prince of Wales, kudos to the great Indian wrestler.
