TDP former MLA flees to Australia
Penamaluru (Krishna District), May 22: TDP former MLA Bode Prasad, the A1 accused in the attack case against Deputy Tahsildar in Penamaluru, appeared in Australia. He released a social media on Saturday.
It should be noted here that PDS Deputy Tahsildar Gummadi Vijay Kumar inspected a ration shop in Penamaluru on May 17 and found out difference in stock. When he was writing a report on this, TDP former MLA B Prasad, along with his followers attacked the DT and VRO Mangaraju.
Police searched for them but they were disappeared. Police took nine former MLAs followers into custody. Four days after, Bode Prasad was found in Australia. Police said that the accused fled to that country.
Meanwhile, in the social media, Bode Prasad said that the ration dealer in Penamaluru Lukka Arun Babu was TDP activist. Stating that inspecting ration shop is a crime, he alleged that police filed illegal cases against him, who went to question the DT on this.
TDP leaders and activists were chiding Bode Prasad for fleeing the country along with his family when his followers were arrested.
On the other hand, locals were questioning what happened to 330 kilos of rice and 152 packets of sugar.
