AP to have 4G services by April 2015
Hyderabad, Dec 23: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is reported to have asked the Reliance group to launch 4G services in the state latest by April 2015.
According to reports, the chief minister is believed to have stated that 4G services are likely to be launched in three phases.
All municipalities are expected to be covered under the first phase, reports said.
Chandrababu Naidu is also believed to have directed AP officials to grant permission to Reliance group to upgrade its present 502 cellphone towers to meet the needs of 4G services.
