Tirupati: Inter student dies of heart attack at exam centre

Tirupati, May 10: An Intermediate student died of heart attack inside the examination centre at Gudur in Tirupati district on Tuesday. According to police, 18-year-old Satish came to Duvvuru Ramanamma Women’s (DRW) College in Gudur to write second year Inter exam but he suddenly collapsed inside the exam hall. 
 
Invigilators arranged a vehicle and rushed him to a nearby hospital. However, he died on the way to the hospital. Satish belongs to Saidapuram mandal. The police registered a case and took up investigation. 
 
Meanwhile, information was passed to parents about the death of Satish. They would be reaching Gudur very soon. The police are probing as to whether Satish had complained regarding chest pain in the past. A pall of gloom descended on Saidapuram mandal.
