Hyderabad: The recent incident of a car being taken away from devotees going to Tirupati in Ongole as Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s convoy needed a car has created a sensation across the state.
Political parties have lashed out at the YSRCP government over this. Against this backdrop, the Jana Sena Party launched an innovative campaign saying “CM Jagan is coming to Tirupati and warned the local people and pilgrims coming to Tirumala to be careful of their cars."
The novel programme was held under the aegis of Jana Sena Tirupati in-charge Kiran Rayala. Jana Sena leaders and activists took part in it and alerted the local people and pilgrims by beating a drum in the temple city Tirupati.
It is learnt that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will visit Tirupati on May 5 to lay the foundation stone of the Children's Multi-specialty Hbeing built by TTD in Tirupati. Ahead of his visit and recalling the past incident, Jana Sena leaders and workers organised the programme to poke fun at the YSRCP leaders.
