CM Jagan likely to attend Chiranjeevi’s Acharya movie pre-release event
Amaravati, April 16: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy likely to be attending megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya movie pre-release event as a chief guest at Siddhartha College in Vijayawada on April 23. According to sources, Chiranjeevi would be felicitating the CM and Y.S. Jagan may make key announcements regarding Tollywood.
Earlier, the pre-release event was planned at Yousufguda in Hyderabad with Telangana IT and Municipal Administration Minister K. Taraka Rama Rao and Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan as chief guests.
In the month of February, Chiranjeevi, Prabhas, Mahesh Babu and others met the CM at latter’s residence and discussed about ticket pricing and other issues with him. Chiranjeevi had thought of meeting Jagan after the AP government issued a G.O over cinema ticket prices.
However, Chiranjeevi and the CM were busy with their own schedules and never got an opportunity to meet once again. The producers of Acharya felt pre-release event was an appropriate common platform for Chiranjeevi and Jagan to meet once again.
