HC suspends Chandrababu's orders, allows real estate activity in VGTM

Hyderabad, Dec 18, 2014: In a major set back to Chandrababu Naidu's government, High Court on Thursday suspended the circular issued by AP stopping land transactions, registrations, group housing schemes and new lay-outs in Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali and Mangalagiri corridor ( VGTM ). In response to a petition seeking suspension of the circular, the High Court gave interim orders suspending the Government decision and restoring sale , purchase and registration of lands in the area. With High Court orders, real estate activity may again reach new heights in the AP Capital region.
