Telangana Budget session begins on March 7 sans Governor's speech

Hyderabad: The Assembly budget session of both Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will begin on the same date this time i;e; on March 7. The schedule for the AP Assembly budget session has already been released while the Telangana Assembly budget sessions, too, have already been disclosed. The Assembly budget session in Telangana would begin at 11.30 am on March 7.

Chief Minister KCR on Monday met the available ministers at Pragati Bhavan regarding the conduct of the Telangana Assembly budget session. Ministers Harish Rao, Prashanth Reddy and others were present at the meeting. On this occasion, KCR decided to start the Assembly budget session on March 7. A full announcement will be released soon. 

The Budget session begins with the address of the Governor, however, the TRS government has set aside this tradition. The Budget session in the Assembly will start without a speech by the Governor. To this end, the decision was taken by the CM KCR at a meeting in Pragati Bhavan on Monday.

Meanwhile, KCR, who decided to start the budget without the speech of the Governor, has decided to introduce the annual budget on the first day of the session. To this end, Finance Minister T Harish Rao will present the Telangana Annual Budget on March 7.
