Actress Catherine's brother hangs self

Hyderabad, Dec 12: Brother of 'Paisa' actress Catherine Tresa allegedly hanged himself to death in Bengaluru on Wednesday evening, according to reports reaching here on Friday. The actress's brother, Christopher, was studying B.Com at a private college in Bengaluru. He allegedly hanged himself from the window bars due to financial problems in Murugeshpalya locality. The actress flew to the garden city on hearing the news, sources said. According to sources, Christopher was allegedly not on good terms with his family and the actress. He took the extreme step as he unable to pay for his education. The sources further said that the boy allegedly went into deep depression as his family and Catherine did not help him financially. Catherine is at present busy with the Telugu film Rundrama Devi. Sources said Bengaluru police registered cases and are investigating.
