Hyderabad, Dec 1: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced on Monday the construction of a multi-crore water reservoir that has a 20 tmc storage capacity under Gajwel assembly constituency. The chief minister said the proposed project, which is to come up at Pamula Parthy village in Gajwel assembly constituency under Pranahita Chevella Project, which would irrigate about 1.40 lakh of acres land will benefit farmers in Siddipet, Gajwel, Dubbak, Narsapur, and the neighbouring Aler and Bhongir assembly constituencies. Chandrasekar Rao made this announcement while reviewing the Gajwel Area Development Authority (GADA) meeting at Yerravalli village in Medak district.
