Disputes: Union home secretary to meet TS, AP chief secretaries

Hyderabad, Nov 28: The Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami is all set to convene a meeting in New Delhi on Friday with Andhra Pradesh chief secretary I YR Krishna Rao and his Telangana counterpart Rajiv Sharma with a view to sort out differences between the two states on various key issues. The two states have been warring over issues like sharing of Krishna river waters, power sharing and generation, distribution of All India Services officials and a host of other crucial issues. The Centre has been asked to step in to diffuse the situation of uncertainty by holding a meeting with chief secretaries of both the States on Friday.
