Japan visit: Naidu seeks cooperation in smart cities, agriculture, technology
Hyderabad, Nov 26: In a bid to woo Japanese investors, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu pitched for cooperation in building smart cities in the state, modern agricultural practices and technology on Wednesday.
At Fukuoka city, Chandrababu spoke on investment opportunities in AP and similarities between his state and Japan. He then visited the San-no storm water reservoir while in the city.
Chandrababu hailed Japan Premier’s announcement of investing USD 36 billion in India, according to a state government release.
Later, Fukuoka City Deputy Mayor Sadakari Atsuhito announced they are ready to share knowledge in the development of the city of Hyderabad in Telangana.
