Nayan returns to sets despite injury!
Nayanatara, one of the star heroines of southern India, had shown perfect professionalism and surprised everyone in the film unit. It may be mentioned here that Nayanatara fell off from a stage in a set of ‘Velaikaran’. In this film she is pairing up with Shiva Karthikeyan. As Nayanatara fell, she suffered a severe injury to her back and the doctors advised her rest for a few weeks.
After that, she engaged a physio-therapist for regular exercises for early recovery. As she came to know that the shooting is getting delayed, she has decided to return to sets despite not recovering from the injury completely, by taking some pain killers. The physio-therapist warned her not to take hasty decisions, but she says she doesn’t want to make the producers suffer losses because of her absence.
The entire film unit were surprised at her commitment towards her profession. It may be mentioned here that Nayanatara will never attend to the promotions of any of her films and she specifically mentions it in the agreement by putting a ‘no promotions’ clause before signing the dotted line. Jayam Mohan is directing the movie while RD Raja is bankrolling the movie and the film is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages.
