Huge response for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State (APT) online services
Tirupati,Feb.8 : The Rs.300 ticketbooking facility has been garnering huge response in the twin Telugu states ofAP and TS with APT online services becoming operational from February 3.
A review meeting with IT officials took place in the chambers of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao in administrative building in Tirupati. Speaking on this occasion, the TTD EO said, with an aim to facilitate more transparent and hassle free online booking of Rs.300 tickets for the pilgrims in both AP and TS, TTD has commenced booking facility in online service centres of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State (APT). About 1838 centres in 13 districts of AP and 2630 centres in 10 districts of TS (statistics before formation of new districts) are currently providing these services to pilgrims
facilitating them to book each ticket at a service charge of just Rs.5 per ticket”, he maintained.
He also reviewed on Cottage Donation Scheme and the improvements to be brought to enhance this scheme. Additional FACAO Balaji, CAO Raviprasad, Donor Cell DyEO Rajendrudu, IT wing chief Sesha Reddy, TCS experts Satya, Bhimsekhar and others were also present.
