Germany ready to aid seed development project of Telangana
Hyderabad, Feb.2: Telangana State would have plenty of opportunities in seed development with suitable land and congenial climate, said Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy here today.
Interacting with the minister in a meeting on ‘Indo-German cooperation on seed sector development’, the German delegates expressed their readiness to offer full support to the proposed ‘seed bowl of Telangana’ project. Pocharam also said cheap labor force would be helpful for the project.
The German delegates also expressed their interest to cooperate with the Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agriculture University and other allied projects related to it i.e. Seed Corporation, Seed Certificate Agency
