Kejriwal Demands Probe On Political Parties Funding

New Delhi: Yesterday Income Tax Department announced that donations made to the political parties in the banned currency would attract no tax and will not come under scanner irrespective of the amount donated.

Hasmukh Adhia, Revenue Secretary declared that " if the amount is deposited in any individual account, that information will surely come on our radar but If it is deposited in the political parties account, they are exempt."

Delhi CM slammed the decision and demanded immediate probe into the donations made to Political parties.

Kejriwal alleged "It is a huge fraud against the nation, PM Modi is busy in converting black money of the political parties into white. Entire country is in doubt that BJP had managed its own black money before announcing the demonetisation decision."
