Note For Vote Case : HC Quashes ACB Court Orders Against AP CM

Hyderabad: Relief to AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu. Today, Hyderabad High Court quashed orders passed by ACB special court, which directed the TS ACB to investigate on the allegations made by YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy against AP CM. On September 1, AP CM moved High Court and filed a petition seeking quashing of that private complaint filed by Alla Ramakrishna Reddy against him in the allegedly note for vote case. By Novermber 22 High Court heard arguments from both sides and reserved its verdict. TDP argued that the case has araised in the game political conspiracy in which YSRCP also involved. Today High Court quashed the ACB orders and said that only the victims or petitioner of the case can present their arguments. Court said that MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is not eligible to present his arguments in this case. At the same time High Court also quashed the arguments served by former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar also.
