No Toll on National Highways till Nov 18th

Understanding the plight of common man GOI has decided not to charge toll on National Highways till November 18th midnight. Necessary instructions and guidelines were issued to all BOT(Build–operate–transfer), OMT (Operate-Maintain-Transfer) operators along with other fee collecting agencies. Govt expecting that this move can provide a bit of relief to all the cash-starved citizens. Minister Nitin Gadkari told that Govt will bear the entire loss which has occured due to non-collection of prescribed toll.
