Jagan CBI case hearing posted to July 8
The hearing in the disproportionate assets case against YCP leader Jaganmohan Reddy ended on Friday morning in the CBI court. It was attended by financial adviser to Jagan, Vijayasai Reddy, who is A 2 in the case. Jagan had not attended the court, as he got an exemption from appearance. The Judge posted the next hearing to July 8. In the allied illegal mining case involving former Karnataka minister, Gali Janardhan Reddy, Srilaxmi, IAS, appeared. The illegal mining took place on the Andhra-Karnataka boundary. Mining baron Gali was released on bail in January 2015. The illegal mining took place during the erstwhile Congress regime in combined Andhra Pradesh.
