She pedals her way to Amaravati Secretariat from Hyderabad

A woman employee of the commercial Taxes Department has been inspired by chief Minister Chandrabbu Naidu and is pedaling her way to resume her job in the new Andhra capital of Amaravati. The ACTO, Padma, is waiting for no bus or train. She has a bicycle and can ride the bike. So she has started off on her bicycle, inspired by Chandrababu's call to resume work in the new Secretariat by June 27. She hopes to make the distance by that date. Padma's cycle trip was flagged off at Nampalli Commercial Taxes office by AP NGOs president Ashok Babu on Friday morning. While the AP staff were initially reluctant to move to Amaravati by the deadline, they are now shifting from Hyderabad voluntarily. A special train has been introduced for them, with just one stop at Guntur between Hyderabad and Vijayawada. They are using buses to go en masse to Amaravati.
