Mala Mahanadu flays Megastar Chiranjeevi

The Mala Mahanadu on Monday came down severely on Megastar Chiranjeevi for allegedly giving his assent to the categorisation of the Scheduled Castes. The Mala Mahanadu organised a protest demonstration on the Tank Bund. Speakers there alleged that Chiranjeevi was sold out to the Congress. He was not able to keep the identity of his Praja Rajyam party. At the Ambedkar statue, the Mala Mahanadu leaders raised slogans against the Megastar. They burnt an effigy of Chiranjeevi there. The speakers said they would not allow the Megastar to tour freely in the Telugu States.
