Why 'Chandranna' name in govt programs? : Mudragada

East Godavari, May 23: Kapu community leader Mudragada Padmanabham today demanded removal of “Chandranna” name from government-sponsored programs in Andhra Pradesh. “Why the programs should be christened as Chandranna when these programs were being implemented with public money, he questioned. Padmanabham, who is leading Kapu agitation in support to include this community in BC list, said a resolution should be passed in the A P assembly in support of Kapu reservation and the same should be sent to Parliament. Otherwise, Kapus would launch agitation afresh, he warned.
