TN voters put Capt Vijayakant, DMDK, in his place

The Tamil Nadu voters have replied to the arrogance of Captain Vijayakant by letting neither him nor his party to open their account in the assembly poll. Not only that, Vijayakant fell to the third position in this elections, which was the standard fare of his DMDK. The people had already decided to put Vijayakant in his place, as there was no let or hindrance to his hammering of journalists and leaders revered in the State. He boasted that he would touch the Chief Minister's seat, but the results showed otherwise. In the Ulundurpettai constituency, he was pushed down to the third position. He would show his characteristic tightening of the fist to everyone who would demand during the elections, which he popularized as film hero. But he made no punches, neither did his party during the poll.
