`Sultan' co-star Ratnadeep collapses on sets owing to appendix condition

Bollywood Co-Star Ratnadeep Hooda acting in the Salman Khan starrer `Sultan' on Monday collapsed on the sets while shooting. Ratnadeep was suffering from excruciating pain in the stomoch but continued to act as the role demanded in order to help complete the film in time. But there he reached a point when he could not contain his pain anymore and twisted and turned and collapsed on the sets. The producers rushed him to the Fortis hospital in Delhi, where his pain was sourced to swollen appendix. Ratnadeep acted as `Sarabjeet', the spy who was killed in a Pakistani jail. For that role he had to slim down, and he did. But for `Sultan', he had to get back to shape, which he did. It is the slimming and restoration that is said to have led to Ratnadeep's appendicitis condition. The doctors advised immediate operation on him.
