First-time YCP MLA's poser to Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has made it a point to continuously address the members of the State Assembly as mostly first-time members and they should be careful in learning the rules and regulations. The young leader of the YCP, Anil Kumar, got the opportunity to hit back at the Chief Minister on the issue of hygiene in schools under the Swach Bharat programme. Speaking on the issue, Anil Kumar agreed that he was a first-time member. `But Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was elected seven times from Kuppam. What's the point? Over 65% of the schools in Kuppam lacked either drinking water or hygiene facility. Chandrababugaru should first adopt schools in Kuppam and develop them.' Minister Ghanta Srinivas Rao answered most of the questions of the members on the conditions in the schools.
