Srinivas Yadav's son charged with threat & kidnap in 53-acre land transaction by Araku MP kin

A massive land transaction of 53 acres in Hyderabad involving top politicians has landed Telangana Minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav's son, Sai Yadav, in trouble. A case has been filed against Sai Yadav under sections 384 and 342 by Parachuri Ramakoteswara Rao, husband of Araku MP Kottapalli Geeta, in the Punjagutta police. Joining issue, Talasani Srinivas Yadav ruled out any wrongdoing by his son. He said his son had not threatened anyone or tried to kidnap anyone. Srinivas Yadav told newsmen that 53 acres had been given for development to RR Constructions in 2013. A sum of Rs 13 crore had been given as advance. But the papers had not been given. They had been postponing the handing over of the documents. Six rounds of meetings were held, and two of the meetings were held at former Congress Minister Danam Nagender's house also. On Wednesday, when the matter was pressed, they were told that 10 days time was required. Neither the money was returned. As the party said Ramakoteswara Rao could not be trusted in the matter, the MP's husband gave them some other papers, and not the relevant ones. He said in this regad that the case against his son relating to threats and kidnap was not correct.
