Brussels blasts echo in Delhi: Security tightened
The blasts in Brussels in Belgium have had their echo in India, with the authorities tightening security mesures at all airports, railway stations and places where's there is a crush of people.
The security at Delhi airport has been stepped up. Dog and bomb squads have been pressed in.
Seventeen people are stated to have perished in Brussels blasts.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be visiting Brussels on March 30. He would be attending the meeting presided over by US President Barack Obama there. No change in plans of the Prime Minister's itinerary have been announced so far.
In any case, if there is a security risk, the meeting under the European Union auspices might be shifted or postponed.
