Soft power vital in today's world: PM

New Delhi, March 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday asserted that "soft power" plays a vital role in today's world and hailed Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's initiative in pursuing this message through his Art of Living Foundation. "When we face resistance in life, we will need Art of Living... when we move from myself towards the common cause of us, we need Art of Living," he said in his address at the launch of the World Culture Festival on the banks of river Yamuna here. The three-day mega-festival is being organised under the aegis of Art of Living Foundation.
