Narayana, Pulla Rao send legal notices to Jagan on Capital real estate stories

The `Sakshi' stories that the AP capital of Amaravati has been turned into real estate by the key leaders of the ruling Telugu Desam Party have been faced with legal notices by Ministers Ponguru Narayana and Prattipati Pulla Rao, who have been credited with hundreds of acres in the capital region. The Sakshi said that these and other top TDP leaders have acquired lands in the capital region on benami names. The legal notices have been issued to YCP supremo, Jaganmohan Reddy, himself. The legal notices said that the stories were false and mere allegations aimed at showing them in bad light. If no apologies were made for the false allegations, the `Sakshi' proprietor would have to face defamation suits. Among all the TDP leaders, only Payyavula Keshav, of Anantpur, has admitted that he did purchase the 4.09 acres that he had been credited with in the capital region. The capital real estate has taken an interesting turn with the legal procedures. The government as such is not confident whether the constructions being taken up for the State Secretariat were permanent or temporary, with the Chief Minister saying one thing and the Ministers calling them permanent.
