Kanhaiya can now join political mainstream: Venkaiah Naidu

Jawaharlal Nehru University students union president Kanhaiya Kumar can as well enter the political field because of the publicity that he has gained following the seditious speeches on the campus. Now is the time for Kanhaiya to come into the political field and public domain, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu advised him on Friday. Alluding to Kanhaiya's anarchist links, Venkaiah said `your Party' does not have even two-digit strength in the Lok Sabha. He did not name the Aam Admi Party. Kanhaiya is not a Naxalite, he is anarchist, like the Aam Admi Party leadership. Naxalites are not anarchists. Naxalites are revolutionaries living in the Dandakaranya and Jungle Mahal forests. Anarchists simply want disruption in urban settings, like the kind witnessed in JNU.
